TENDER
- Kagera Co- operative Union (1990) Ltd has set aside funds for the operation of the KCU (1990) LTD during the financial year 2026/2027. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Development Of Kagera Cooperative Union Management Information System [KCUMIS]
- The KCU (1990) LTD now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Consultants registered by Tanzania Cooperative Development Commission (TCDC) carrying out the assignment.

Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering specified in the Public Procurement Regulations,
- Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the Secretary of the Tender Board KCU (1990) LTD Office, P. O. Box 5 Bukoba from 8:30am to 3:30Pm of working hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
- A complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable fee of TZS 50,000.00 (Fifty thousand only). And should be paid to Account No.01J1055955002, Account name Kagera Cooperative Union General Account – CRDB Bank.
- All Tenders in one original plus two copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in sealed envelopes must be delivered by hand to KCU (1990) LTD Procurement office, Ground floor, at or before [10:00hrs on 16th June, 2026. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the KCU (1990) LTD Conference hall.
- Late Tenders portion of Tenders, electronic Tenders, Tenders not received, Tenders not opened at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
