KAGERA CO-OPERATIVE UNION (1990) LTD
The Kagera Cooperative Union (1990) Limited, has a plan to construct New Lake Hotel in Bukoba Municipal, Kagera Region and it intends to implement the plan by hiring a qualified contractor according to its internal policy and secured budget for this project.
The Kagera Cooperative Union (1990) Limited now invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors registered in Class one (I) for construction of New Lake Hotel at Bukoba Municipal- Kagera region.
Bidders may request a clarification of bidding document all along from the date of advisement to Three (3) days before the Bid submission deadline by sending email to kcubukoba@gmaicom or call to + 255 28 2220229 (Head Office).
A complete set of Bid Document(s) in English and additional sets are freely accessible through Kagera Cooperative Union Head office, in the Office of the Procurement Officer.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the Tendering Document.
A complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English to be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address indicated below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Thousands Tanzanian Shillings (Tshs. 200,000/=). Payment should be paid on Account number 01J1055955002, Kagera Cooperative Union (1990) LTD in CRDB Bank. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender securing declaration in the format provided in the tendering document
All Tenders in one original plus two (2) copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address KCU (1990) LTD, P.O.Box 5, Bukoba -Tanzania, Jamhuri road before 10:00AM, 02nd December, 2024. Tenders will be opened promptly in public and in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend a visit of the site is planned to be conducted on 26th November, 2024 from
10:00AM. The starting point will be at KCU (1990) Ltd Head Office.
Late tenders, portion of tenders, electronic tenders, tenders not received, tenders not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstance.
